Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
Properties part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, has opened M Park Brzeziny. The project in Brzeziny comprises a total of 6,000 sqm GLA with 14 tenants. It was acquired by the M Core collective in June 2024 from Genesis Property. Under the agreement, the seller was responsible for the construction of the retail park as well as leasing, with additional support from the buyer’s team. On its opening day, M Park Brzeziny boasts a 100% occupancy rate. This is also the third retail park opening by LCP Properties part of M Core in the past 30 days, confirming that M Park’s expansion in Poland is gaining momentum.
M Park Brzeziny is located at Okrzei 14 Street, right next to National Road No. 715, which runs through the city center towards Koluszki in the south and Stryków in the north. The facility is situated in close proximity to numerous multi-family residential buildings and upcoming housing developments. A parking lot with 135 spaces will be available directly in front of M Park Brzeziny, and electric vehicle chargers will be installed on-site.
From an ESG perspective, the property is also planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level. Part of the building has been equipped with photovoltaic panels, and additional sustainability initiatives include tree planting as well as the installation of bird and insect nesting boxes.
Among the tenants that have opened their stores in M Park Brzeziny are: the Aldi grocery store (1,200 sqm), Sinsay (778 sqm), Tedi (750 sqm), Pepco (550 sqm), Extreme Fitness (over 490 sqm), Media Expert (450 sqm), CCC (426 sqm), and Worldbox (288 sqm).
"The opening of retail parks is not only a moment of introducing a new, diverse shopping offer for the local community, as we see today in Brzeziny, but also a great opportunity to summarize the entire investment process and express gratitude for the tremendous dedication to its implementation—from construction to the commercialization of the facility. At this point, I would like to especially thank our partner, Genesis Property, for creating comfortable conditions for cooperation, as well as our team and all subcontracting companies, whose professionalism and commitment were crucial to the success of this project," said Magdalena Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer of LCP Properties in Poland, during the opening. "M Park Brzeziny is another important element of our development strategy. This year, we plan at least five more openings, which clearly demonstrates that we are consistently pursuing our further expansion," she added.
